The Philippine Navy through Philippine Navy Civil Military Operations Group ties up with the Philippine National Police Academy in conducting Civil Military Operations Seminar to the Police Cadets of PNPA. STRONGER TOGETHER
The Philippine Navy Civil Military Operations Group Holds Opening Ceremony for Civil Military Operations Crash Course at Philippine National Police Academy - Justice, Integrity, Service Camp Gen Mariano N Castañeda, Silang, Cavite.
The seven-day seminar will introduce to the participants, the CMO Fundamentals, Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program, National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, Information Operations, Psychological Operations, and Strategic Communication. Transforming the 43 graduating cadets as future warrior diplomats of the Philippine National Police.
THE CIVIL MILITARY OPERATIONS FRAMEWORK
Civil-military operations are planned activities carried out through military forces with civil support. CMO are utilized to minimize civil interference and to maximize civil support efforts in order to facilitate mission success while consolidating objectives.[1]
THE POLICE COMMUNITY AFFAIRS DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
Produce Produce information materials for dissemination/distribution to the PNP units, the community and other stakeholders through the various media such as the print, radio, television and the cyberspace in order to enhance knowledge and awareness on law enforcement matters, and to generate trust, confidence and popular support of the community.
